By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content.

3.2. You agree that you will not submit any User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of any third party.
